The suites also range in number of bedrooms including 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and even 4 bedroom suites. All suites originally came with 1 parking space and 1 locker. Maintenance fees run approximately $0.85 per square foot but this includes water, building insurance, parking and common elements. Heat, hydro, central air conditioning are separate and can be controlled internally in each suite.
About The Building: To enter the building you must pass through a grand 3 storey archway, and after you pass through you have on the north end a large courtyard with a tiered building starting at 10 storeys and going down to 6 storeys, then to the south there is a 24 storey tower.
